Cradle Club Teachers
The Cradle Club employs only those applicants that exhibit sensitivity, maturity and an identifiable love for children!

Our lead teachers have college degrees plus extensive training specifically in early childhood development and education. They also have impressive experience in working with children.

Our assistant teachers have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education along with specific education and experience in early childhood education.

We go to great lengths to make sure that our childcare staff is among the very best! In addition to extensive ongoing training in early childhood development, our childcare professionals are first aid and CPR certified. Infant staff receive annual training in the prevention of SIDS and Shaken Baby Syndrome. Our teachers and assistant teachers are involved in monthly leadership training.

All of our staff receive ongoing training in health and safety, child development, curriculum innovations, and much more. Full-time staff participate in a minimum of forty hours of continuing education each year.

At The Cradle Club, we are proud of our staff’s longevity! While we have some amazing new additions to our teaching staff, we have quite a number of seasoned veterans!

Seventeen percent of our staff have been with us for over 7 years and fifty-four percent have been with us over 3 years!
