Meet our Edina Director: Scarlett Radway
Scarlett grew up in a small farm town in South Dakota where she found her love for children on her first babysitting job at the age of nine. She knew then her calling was to work with children.
Upon graduation from high school, Scarlett moved to the Twin Cities and worked as a nanny for two years. While earning college credit at St. Kate’s, Scarlett began working part time as a Teacher’s Aide at The Cradle Club in Edina, January of 1999.
After graduating from the College of St. Catherine’s in 2001 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a Preprimary Specialty, Scarlett became a lead Preschool Teacher at The Edina Cradle Club. In July of 2004, she accepted the position as the Director at the Minneapolis location.
Scarlett married Mike, the love of her life, in August of 2001. Mike and Scarlett are blessed to have two children, Ayden and Elsa. Ayden is enjoying kindergarten and Elsa attents and loves The Cradle Club.
