Edina Cradle Club Parent Testimonials

I have had children attend Cradle Club for almost 10 years. Both my current 10 year old and 6 year old attended from 4 months to Kindergarten age. Our experience there was literally flawless.

The staff was like family to us- making not only our children feel safe and comfortable but I personally also found friendship and compassion for events in my own life thru my daily communication with the teachers.

Both our children scored close to 100% in the Kindergarten prep tests in the Edina school district and thanks to the head start my 4th grade daughter received at the Cradle Club, she is now in the gifted and talented program at her elementary school.

Now that both our children are in elementary school - I look back at our days at the Cradle Club and so miss the warm atmosphere, consistent hugs and high fives my kids received daily, and the compassion of the staff to our family's needs and desires.

The entire CC experience was not just a "day-care" for our kids - it was an extension of our family unit!

"This is simply a note to express our immense gratitude and appreciation to you and all of the teachers we have encountered at The Cradle Club since 2004. We feel so blessed to have our children in such a loving environment, one where we feel each teacher really does care for each child.

In particular I would like to highlight how your staff has helped both Jensen (now 8) and Cecilia (almost 5) love to read and write. They adore and respect their preschool teacher. It also cannot go without saying what wonderful care Zachary is now in. From the infant rooms to now the young toddler rooms I can honestly say he is enthusiastic every day about going “to school.” I have no doubt it is because of the enriching environment, fun and love they all receive. "The moment I walked in the doors at Cradle Club and met the Director, I knew I found my son’s new preschool. I still do not know who is more excited to go to school in the morning, me or my son. He has thrived there socially and is eager to meet new people. He has met his best friends there and won the award at graduation for Cuddle Bear. The teachers love to give hugs. His class has taken the most exciting field trips this summer and being so close to the Target Center they get to go to shows, Lynx games and the monorail brings them right to the Dome for baseball. He has had a terrific summer filled with lots of memories, pictures and love that was provided by all the staff at Cradle Club. The entire Cradle Club staff is very welcoming every morning and still smiling at the end of the day. Oh, and Karsten and I stop by the Baby Room every morning to see all the happy babies. I feel secure every day when I bring Karsten there that he is going to have another great day and I never worry that he is not in the absolute best care ever! I also believe that the education Karsten has received is a direct result of his preschool teacher’s guidance.

"Talia currently attends Ascension Elementary School. The curriculum at Ascension is very challenging and their organizational structure pertaining to academics are very strict. At Cradle Club, Talia learned a lot which I feel prepared her for kindergarten. After her second week in school, Talia was moved up to 1st grade. She was tested by the district and was found that she was actually reading at a 3rd grade level and able to comprehend at a 2nd and 3rd grade level!"
