Meet our Maple Grove Director Team

Allie Vollmer

Center Director

Allie has been making a tremendous impact alongside The Cradle Club since February of 2012.  As a seasoned veteran, she has made a lasting difference in the lives of many as a revered teacher in our toddler and preschool programs. Having such a plethora of knowledge coupled with an excellent reputation, Allie was promoted to Third in Charge and then became our Center Director. Allie has a degree in Early Childhood and Applied Science from Rasmussen College with Honors and in March of 2019, she graduated with her Business Certificate. Prior to working with us at the Cradle Club, Allie has nannied for multiple families and has worked at other centers with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers as well. As a mother to three boys of her own, Allie wholeheartedly understands the emotions each parent experiences when choosing a home-away-from-home for their child or children. Because of this, Allie has become truly passionate about guiding each of our families to know and understand all of the outstanding things that The Cradle Club has to offer them. If you asked her, Allie would tell you that her favorite thing about her role is that she loves that she is able to get to know each child’s individual personality in order to provide the safest and healthiest environment she can for them.

Aidanne Johnson

Assistant Director

With over eight years of experience in early childhood education, Aidanne has worked with children of all age groups and abilities. Her areas of expertise include preschool education and behavior guidance strategies, and she’s passionate about creating environments where every child can thrive. Aidanne worked as a teacher at The Cradle Club from 2017 to 2022 and returned as our Assistant Director in 2025. During her time away, Aidanne expanded her leadership skills by working in early childhood special education and serving as a center director. She earned her degree in Psychology and Child Advocacy Studies from Winona State University and is deeply committed to supporting the whole child — socially, emotionally, and academically. Beyond her professional work, Aidanne serves as a community outreach coordinator on the board of a local nonprofit that promotes diverse voices in children’s literature. Through this organization, she helps provide under-resourced Minneapolis schools with access to books and author visits — a reflection of her dedication to literacy, inclusion, and advocacy. Her love for learning and connection shines through in everything she does — including moments she shares every day with the children at our schools!
