Meet our Minneapolis Director Team

Renee Geraghty

Center Director

Renee has made the most of her love for children by making early childhood education her profession since 2004! She earned her associate degree in Child Development from Saint Paul College and has since found ways to educate and nurture children of all ages through both teaching and administration. Beginning as a preschool teacher, Renee went on to specialize for almost 13 years in infant care. After her time as a teacher, Renee was recognized for her excellence and was promoted to Assistant Director where she received extensive training in how to best serve families like yours. As a mom to two wonderful boys of her own, Renee is passionate about epitomizing a safe, enriching environment where children can learn and grow. Renee is honored to be a part of The Cradle Club family and works diligently to lead our staff to take exceptional care of you and yours!

Sharita Boswell

Assistant Director

Sharita is a long time veteran of The Cradle Club and brings a loyal, patient and caring persona to our Minneapolis school. Having excelled for many years as a lead teacher in our toddler department, Sharita continues to bring her passion for education and commitment to excellence to her assistant director role. She started her Cradle Club career in 2008, but began her work with children long before then at just 13 years old. In addition to her years of experience, Sharita holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Rasmussen College. She is a mom to three beautiful children of her own, one of whom is a Cradle Club graduate! Sharita loves working with our families and staff to provide the very best care and education for Cradle Club little ones!
