Kristine has been a part of the Cradle Club family since September of 2004. Starting her career as an infant teacher at our Minneapolis location, Kristine went on to serve significant tenures as an outstanding preschool teacher and exceptional center director for our schools. Throughout her time in these roles, Kristine has contributed her talents to impact Cradle Club curriculum and classroom excellence across all three of our locations. Kristine’s dedication and distinction at the Cradle Club led her to her latest role as our company-wide Director of Training and Operations, where she continues to make a lasting impact on our community.
Kristine holds her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Child Development and utilizes her education and plethora of experience to influence the way she serves others so well.
Just as when she was a teacher, Kristine’s favorite thing about working in the field of early childhood education is the joy she gets from watching children discover, believe in themselves, and learn to overcome obstacles. As an incredible mom herself, Kristine understands the importance of excellence in childcare and is excited for the opportunity to serve your family!
Christa’s experience working with children began at a very young age. From helping her mom in the nursery at her local church and babysitting for neighborhood families to becoming a wonderful mom and the admired educator she is today, Christa has what seems like a lifetime of wisdom in the field. In addition to Christa’s wealth of experience, she also holds formal training from Rasmussen College where she received her certificate in Early Childhood Education. Beginning her career at the Cradle Club as a teacher in 2008, Christa has contributed her expertise to our schools for over a decade. While Christa works wonders with every age group at our schools, she has made an overwhelming impression on the way we love Toddlers so well! In her role as Assistant Director, she serves as a mentor to our wonderful staff and enjoys working to provide the best experience possible for Cradle Club children and their families. Her favorite part about working with children is learning what makes each child unique and using that knowledge to cater learning experiences that fit their needs.
Stephanie has been with The Cradle Club since September of 2013. Now a seasoned veteran, she began her career making an impact as an admired teacher in our infant, toddler and preschool programs. Having experience with every age child in our program, Stephanie serves as a pillar of knowledge to our teachers and is a valuable resource for our families and the children in our care. Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge to our team through her formal education in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth as well as previous management experience. As a mom to three boys herself, she understands the importance of choosing a program of excellence that also feels like home. She loves to witness all of the love at The Cradle Club and is always around to applaud each child as they learn and grow!
