Compassionate Care

Through loving and encouraging relationships with caregivers, your infant will flourish in a responsive environment tailored specifically to their needs! Our infant program places strong, nurturing relationships between infants and caregivers at the heart of everything we do in order to create a home-like environment filled with laughter, learning and love!

Caregivers

Our infant caregivers are ready to love and care for your baby with a passion for excellence. Each caregiver is committed to creating an environment that fosters security and trust while responding to the interests and needs of your baby.

Most of our teachers have had years of experience taking care of little ones. Many are also mother’s themselves! They are well prepared to take excellent care of your precious little one, whatever their needs may be.
All infant caregivers are pediatric CPR and First Aid certified.
In addition to CPR and First Aid certification, our teachers receive annual training in the prevention of SUIDS and Abusive Head Trauma. Teachers also receive regular ongoing training specific to everything infants!

Communication

Providing the best care possible for your little one begins with the relationship between parents, children and caregivers.

Our experienced caregivers will work with you to develop a daily schedule for your child that is catered to meet their needs. Our staff understand the importance of individualized care for each and every baby and go above and beyond to carry out parent preferences.
As your child grows, so will the relationship between you and your child’s caregiver. From our open door policy to regular electronic and in person communication, you can rest assured that you will be kept up to date and involved in your baby’s care.
Our parent communications app allows us to keep you informed with photos and tidbits about your little one’s day. We couple this with meaningful in person communication at both drop off and pickup as well as any time upon request. Our caregivers are just a phone call away and happy to speak with you when you need to connect regarding your baby!

Curriculum

Our infant curriculum is centered around play and exploration. Building upon the loving relationships your infant will have with his/her caregivers, they will be gently encouraged to participate in activities that encourage them to work toward important milestones specific to their age and stage of development.

Our infant caregivers carefully curate curriculum that addresses all domains of development using developmentally appropriate practices.
Our curriculum activities are carefully tailored to allow your child time to work toward the milestones that are right for them- from social smiles and rolling over to learning to crawl and walk, our curriculum meets your baby where they are at!
Your child will also enjoy learning and growing through activities such as Baby Sign Language, Spanish Splash, Books and Stories, Music and Art/Sensory Play!

Classrooms

Our infant program has multiple classrooms for various ages to ensure your baby is immersed in the environment best suited to meeting their needs as they grow.

Each infant classroom is equipped to support a range of developmental milestones for it’s specific age group. Separate younger and older infant classrooms ensure safety for our younger babies and provide optimal classroom set up for our movers and crawlers!
Our classrooms provide a “home-away-from-home” atmosphere to ensure each and every baby is comfortable and relaxed in their daily environment. Our rooms all include a kitchen to prepare and serve infant meals and snacks, a soothing nap room for restful sleep, plus a diaper changing area, reading and music areas, activity equipment, lots of educational toys and a variety of play spaces, too!
Most importantly, your baby will enjoy playing with their teachers and friends in a clean and safe baby-friendly environment filled with lots of laughter, learning and love!
